Shellshock / Bash Virus

This is an FYI on the Shellshock virus that's in the news today. In a nutshell, your Mac-based desktops and laptops should be safe from this.

"Bash, a UNIX command shell and language included in OS X, has a weakness that could allow unauthorized users to remotely gain control of vulnerable systems," Apple said. "With OS X, systems are safe by default and not exposed to remote exploits of bash unless users configure advanced UNIX services. We are working to quickly provide a software update for our advanced UNIX users."

Right-Click Bookmarks with Chrome



Saw this nice feature posted on C|Net this morning.  If you're using Google Chrome, you can now add a plug-in that allows you the ability to have all your bokomarks available off the right-mouse-click as seen above.  Super handy!
